Featuring a Carpenter 158 steel bolt and 8620 steel carrier, this Full-Auto M16 BCG is built to mil-spec standards and optimized with titanium nitride coating (TiN) for maximum durability, lubricity, and corrosion resistance. The Titanium Nitride coating is well known for reducing friction because of its molecular structure, it offers great heat dissipation properties, reduces wear on the BCG and the corresponding parts, and it increases the longevity of the BCG. Titanium Nitride coatings are also known to reduce problems with function due to the decrease in overall friction and wear. Please note that actual color can vary. TiN coatings range from Matte to Bright.  The 8620 steel carrier is completed with a chrome-lined interior and fitted with a 4140 steel gas key, secured using OCKS Screws. The C158 bolt undergoes magnetic particle inspection and shot peening for structural integrity and fatigue resistance. Supporting components include a 4140 extractor, 8620 cam pin, mil-spec O-ring and gas rings, and a 416 stainless steel firing pin—all selected for long-term reliability in demanding environments.
