The Design These designs are inspired by the very early Greeting Cards from the 1800's and early 1900's. The images along with the various verses capture the essence and innocence of an Ireland at that time. These greeting cards with their romanticised illustrations of Ireland would have evoked strong memories for the Irish at home and abroad. The beautiful cards would have made them feel proud of the special country they came from - Ireland. Oh the Shamrock, the green, immortal Shamrock! Chosen leaf of bard and Chief, Old Erin's native Shamrock. Each Ceramic Print is individually produced ensuring attention to detail and uniqueness - no two are exactly the same. The images are printed and pressed one at a time onto our specially coated ceramic art tile. The design and framing gives a lovely warmth and unique character to the piece.
